All tuition and costume balances must be paid for dancers to receive costumes (excludes 2025 Summer Program Fees).

Purpose of Ticket Sales: Fund facility, faculty, and hired staff; prices include a digital download of both shows, sent to parents once it is finalized.

Show 1: 8 tickets per family

Show 2: 6 tickets per family

Additional tickets may be available via waitlist on ticket site.

Purchase Deadline: 5/26 all unpurchased tickets will be released to waitlist. If available, any unsold tickets will be sold at the door.

Discounts: Families in both shows will receive info on discounted tickets.

Seating: Two sections - Premium (reserved) and Standard (general admission). Handicap-accessible seating available.

Children 3 and under do not require tickets but must sit on an adult's lap.

Recital Information:

Two shows: 12pm and 3pm, with efforts to accommodate siblings and multiple class dancers in the same show. In some cases, this is not possible

Important details will be posted outside Studio 1

Awards and a Finale dance will follow each show. All dancers in the corresponding show should participate

Tickets on sale May 5 at 12pm. Please plan to order ASAP as unsold tickets will be released on 5/26.

Ticket limits: 8 per family for Show 1 (12pm) and 6 for Show 2 (3pm); additional tickets can be requested via the online waitlist when ordering. CHECK BACK HERE FOR TICKET LINK

Dancers in levels Jr and up will stay backstage, with supervision provided; Ready Set Move/Dance and Beatz-a-bility dancers have different arrangements already discussed with parents

Water and resale items (flowers, teddy bears, Beatz swag) will be sold; food and beverages are prohibited inside the auditorium.

Nearby restaurants and outdoor picnic options are available for families attending both shows.​
Costume Information:

Costumes will be handed out during the week of 4/28. There are still a few last-minute costumes that we have not received. We are in constant communication with the companies to receive these in a timely manner.

Each dancer will receive their costume in a garment bag with all accessories as well as information on hair, makeup and pertinent information. COSTUMES ARE NOT TO BE WORN PRIOR TO REHEARSAL OTHER THAN A QUICK TRY ON or PICTURE DAY.

ALL DANCERS SHOULD COME TO BOTH DRESS REHEARSAL AND RECITAL DRESSED IN THEIR FIRST COSTUME. PLEASE WEAR A COVERUP OVER THE COSTUME.
Dress Rehearsal Details:

Date & Location: Friday, 6/13 at Nipmuc Regional High School for all dancers.

Preparation: Dancers must arrive ready in full costume, tights, and hair/makeup.
-
Schedule: Rehearsal starts at 4:30 PM, following the show’s order. Dancers will sit in the audience until their turn.
-
Supervision: Dancers can stay in the auditorium during rehearsal but will be backstage with adult supervision during the show.

Arrival Times: Each class will be informed of their arrival time; attendance for the entire rehearsal is not mandatory.

Photography: Parents can take photos/videos during rehearsal (no flash due to sensitivity).

Costume Reminder: All dancers should come fully dressed in their first costume with a cover-up for both the rehearsal and recital.​
Milestone Awards:
Our milestone awards (5 year awards) are for dancers with consecutive years of dance at Beatz in either performance or non-performance classes. If a student leaves the studio for more than one year and returns; the # consecutive years begins at that time. PLEASE CHECK THE POSTER OUTSIDE STUDIO 1 FOR YOUR DANCER’S NAME (& spelling). If you believe an error has been made, please see Miss Alycia or Miss Lynsey.
Recital T-Shirts:
Each year, we sell commemorative recital t-shirts. These are great for costume cover ups at recital and for dancers to wear throughout the year. These t-shirts will be available for purchase from 5/5-5/17 on our ticket site and at the studio (Studio 1, upstairs) T-shirts will be handed out at dress rehearsal. Size samples are available in between Studio 1 & 2 upstairs
Good Luck Ducks:
The good luck duck is a great way to send a congratulatory message to your dancer(s). These can be purchased through our ticket site, in studio or day of (based on availability). We will collect your message to your dancer(s) and then have it attached to a 5" rubber duck prior to Recital.
VOLUNTEERS
It takes a village, and we have one heck of a village!! We will be looking for volunteers for both dress rehearsal and recital day. Some of these roles are for before the show, during intermission while others are for the entire show. Check back soon for a link to volunteer.
ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THEIR DANCER ON STAGE

A note from photographer Alycia Bragga:
Slots will be 10 minutes long and you can do up to 2 costumes MAX.
Siblings can have separate slots and we can do them back-to-back
Process: Photos will be taken, edited, and posted on a website with all dancers’ photos. The website will be password protected posted by day. Each dancer/costume will have about 5-6 final images you can choose from.
You can contact me directly with questions about photos or any other information you need. Turnaround: At the earliest, 3 weeks and latest, 5 weeks.
Cost: There is no sitting fee. Digital images are $25 each which you can buy on the website. Once you receive a digital image, you can use it as you want – make prints, etc. If you want all the images of your dancer, you can email me, and I can give you a “bulk” deal depending on how many you would like. Cost of prints range from $8 to $35 depending on the size.
