Our classes are tailored to help you regain your strength and energy, all while bonding with your little one. Family Membership includes above plus all non-recital children's classes and Open Play
Open Play, Wednesday, 10:15-11:45am
Designed for infant through age 5. Unstructured play, obstacle courses, movement songs and much more! Parent drop off is ONLY allowed if participating in the Adult Post Partum & Movement or Adult Dancer's Way to Wellness Class (must be at least 1 yr for drop off) This option does not require pre-registration.
Ages infant-5 option for those with adults participating ONLY.
